Caregiver Service Terms

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Lyfrr™ patient caretaker services are intended for non-clinical daily-living and bedside support. The exact duties, shift, duration and availability should be agreed before service begins.

Caretaker scope

Typical non-clinical support may include mobility assistance, personal hygiene assistance, feeding support, toileting assistance, companionship, bedside support and family coordination, depending on the patient and agreed duties.

Not nursing

A caretaker must not be represented as a nurse. Clinical nursing procedures should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals within their professional scope.

Patient information

Families should disclose material information needed to assess whether the requested non-clinical support can be provided safely, while avoiding unnecessary sharing of sensitive information through public website forms.

Changes and replacement requests

Requests for changes or replacement support are subject to the actual issue, location, timing and availability of suitable personnel.

Safety

If the patient has an urgent or emergency medical condition, seek appropriate emergency or medical assistance rather than relying on a caretaker service.
